Admission and Lesson Schedules

You are welcome to sign up and join us at any time during the school year! Registration fee is a one time payment of $40.

Lessons are scheduled to be held weekly.

Every year, we hold student showcase recitals and everyone is encouraged to perform and showcase your improvement! Professional recordings of the concert can also be made for students. There will be an additional fee +charged for the concert and recordings to cover the venue rental fees, piano accompanist fees, equipment fees, etc. 

Cancellation and Make-up Lessons

• We offer two payment options for your convenience: 4 lessons or 12 lessons;

• Within a 10-week period, students may reschedule or cancel lessons up to two times(including illness and emergency) outside of studio holiday schedules. Personal leave must be requested 24 hours before the lesson. For sick leave and emergencies, notification must be sent via email before 12pm on the day of the lesson. Otherwise, late notices will result in a direct charge with no exemptions;

• You can apply for a continuous vacation of 2 weeks or more without any fee deduction. However, the original lesson schedule time cannot be guaranteed to be retained.

• Renewal must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to arrange the next session's lesson. 

• No credits or refunds will be issued for missed lessons;

• In the case of severe extreme weather, we will follow the directives of the Bellevue School District. Please understand that we are unable to consider the impacts on each family due to individual living conditions.

Parent/Teacher conference: Parents are welcome to utilize lesson time to make phone calls or arrange meetings with teachers to discuss their child's learning progress. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot compel teachers to engage in discussions with parents outside of lesson time. For instance, if you opt for a 45-minute lesson, teachers will conclude the instruction around 43-44 minutes to allocate the remaining 1-2 minutes for discussing the learning situation with you or the guardian. 

Refund For Special Circumstances:. Students may only apply for a refund due to specific circumstances such as relocation or personal visa issues preventing continuation. A handling fee of 10% of the total lesson fee (inclusive of bank charges and administrative costs) will be deducted. For instance, if a customer purchased a course of four 45-minute lessons for $320, attended two lessons, and wishes to request a refund due to relocation, we will deduct a handling fee of $32, then subtract the cost of the two attended lessons ($80 per lesson), resulting in a refund of $160 minus $32, equaling $128.
