Who is this summer camp for?
This camp is perfect for curious musicians ages 9–17 at the intermediate to advanced level who want to dive into music theory, play chamber music, and explore the ensemble world.
It is especially helpful for students preparing for the ABRSM Grade 5 Theory Exam, which is required for all instrumental exams above Grade 6.
What will we do?
- Learn and review all ABRSM theory materials in a fun and effective way
- Strengthen memory with ear-training exercise
- Bring your instruments! Enjoy chamber music reading and rehearsal sessions
- Try conducting and experience what it feels like to be on the podium
- Learn more about the orchestral world
Time and Location
The camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Weeks 1–2 (6/22–7/3): ABRSM Theory Grades 1–3
Weeks 3–4 (7/6–7/17): ABRSM Theory Grades 4–5
Location: Dolce Arts Studio, 655 156th Ave SE, STE A290, Bellevue, WA 98007
Class size is limited to 6 students to ensure more dedicated guidance for each participant.

Additional Notes
Each student must complete registration before the camp begins and attend all classes on time. No make-up session could be arranged for the camp.
Students must bring their own instruments in order to participate in the chamber and conducting classes.
Please plan to bring your lunch, snacks, and water. The Studio does not provide food. Dolce Arts Studio is a nut free area. Please DO NOT include any nut products in lunches!
